We want your experience with 4my‑Home to be simple, transparent, and stress‑free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we prepare, dispatch, and deliver your order.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). All furniture items are shipped free of charge, with only a few exceptions for unusually large or specialist items.

Each product page includes an estimated dispatch timeframe. These estimates reflect the time needed to prepare your item — especially important for handcrafted or made‑to‑order pieces.

Once your order is ready to leave us, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with the expected delivery details.

Handcrafted & Made‑to‑Order Items

Many of our pieces are handcrafted, either here in the UK or by our trusted partners. Because of this, stock levels can change quickly.

If an item you love is marked Sold Out, feel free to contact us — we can often provide a restocking estimate or reserve the next available piece for you.

Bespoke and Made‑to‑Order Products

Some of our furniture is made specifically for you once your order is placed. These items are considered bespoke or made‑to‑order.

Because they are created individually and cannot be returned to the maker, these items can only be returned if:

  • They arrive damaged
  • They are faulty
  • The wrong item has been delivered

If you have any questions about whether a product is bespoke, we’re always happy to clarify before you order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When each item is dispatched, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

If you created an account at checkout, you can view tracking details in the My Orders section of your account. If you checked out as a guest, simply email us and we’ll provide tracking information.

Please note that tracking may occasionally be unavailable due to courier limitations or exceptional circumstances.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery times vary depending on the product and courier. We always make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated dates shown on our site.

If unforeseen delays occur — for example, issues affecting the manufacturer or delivery partner — we will contact you with an updated estimate.
